Stock Adjustments/Write-Offs

Stock levels can easily be adjusted or counted. Loss on stock can be written off automatically.

Current Stock and Average Stock Cost

With SMARTEDGE you know at all times your current stock level for any product in any warehouse. The system maintains the average stock cost for your current stock.

Serial Number Tracking

Serial Numbers can be entered on purchases and sales enabling. Easy functionality to search and track serial numbers enable you to know exactly who you sold it to and at what date it was sold.

Serial numbers can be kept on current stock or captured as the product is sold. All movements of the serial number is stored including customer returns.

Product Packaging, Measurements and Weights

With SMARTEDGE ES3 you can capture packaging, measurements and weight information for products, so that you can calculate weight and volume of shipments.

Styles and Models

Stles and Models can be used to easily clone variants of a product. Prices can be maintaned on style level and will automatically be updated on every product belonging to the style.

Minimum/Maximum/Order Points

Stock items can get minimum, maximum and order points defined, allowing you to automatically create purchase orders to replenish stock when the stock order point is reached.

Continuous Financial Inventory

With SMARTEDGE you can enable continous financial inventory. This means that every stock movement creates a inventory change transaction in your financial books.

Stock Reports

Easy to read reports give you full view of your stock and inventory. The reports are created by warehouse and can be customised to view data for different time periods.
