For accountants only having access to client books without their practice accounts

You are not required to subscribe to Practice Management or Professional Accountant to get access to client books. If you have a client that uses SMARTEDGE you can sign up for Independent Accountant Access. This will grant you access to your clients books, provided that your client adds you as a business advisor. There is no charge to you or your client for this service.
| 1) | Professional Accountant users come in packages of five users. The price is for five initial users. Additional packages of five users can be added at the same price. |
| 2) | Client companies get the functionality available in edition BT3 Accounting. For clients that want full access to their information you can add client users. This allows them to work on the system themselves. Such clients are charged at normal subscription fees, and they can get access to any of SMARTEDGE's Software Editions. |
| 3) | Client companies can have their own read only user to view reports and other information captured by you. |
